About Us
Our History
GreenC was born out of a necessity. While working on development companies founder, Architect Juan Carvallo, realized that many clients didn't have direct access to all the pieces required to set up a successful project. He came up with the idea of doing an all in one design/build firm that took care of not only the Architectural and building phases of the development but of the whole process including due diligence, procurement, land purchase, design, build, sales and management services in Latin american markets.
We believe we should always do right by the client, the location, the materials and leave a mark of excellence in every project we undertake.
